Whenever speaking of ECTC, the deputy mayor will show his proud in its setup. It¨s him who reaffirmed others his welcoming gesture toward the center, at a time when the majority still worries about the overall competitiveness of China products that may capture local manufacturers¨ markets.
In his speech at the opening ceremony of ECTC, he said: ̄Hague is an important gateway of Europe. The setup of the center will open not only a window but also a direct sales channel for China¨s products to enter the vast European market, which is mutually beneficial to both parties. ̄
Especially, he stated that it will boost the development of Hague and improve local employment. Secondly, the innovative center will bring more trade opportunities to the city. That means a more competitive Hague in the future.
Mr. Henk Kool expects much from the newly-built center. Soon the center will be welcoming a queue of 300-plus enterprises exploiting the European market.
