You can only add on sub-accounts if you have administrator rights.
To add a sub account go to:
1."Account Management".
2."Add Child-account".
3.Fill out User Name, Email, Password, Account Type and other required information.
4.Click "Add".
Please Note:
• In the "mailbox" column, please add the same email address to the sub-account information as the one used to receive feedback the mailbox.
• In the "Password" field, please set the password for the sub-account.
• In the "Phone" and "Address" columns please enter the sub-account contact information and setting. Please be sure to check the "clerk option" because account settings cannot be reset after registration.

•"Freeze" a sub-account will prohibit sub-account login shops and prevent the reception of e-mail inquiry remindersbr.
• The original products, inquiries, and customer resources of the sub-account will remain unchanged.
• In this situation, sub-accounts can still receive inquiries from buyers in the "Inquiry" module.

To Edit:
1.Click on"Account Settings" and look under "Management sub-account" to view current account information.
Please Note: You can only edit your own user name and password.
2.Click the "edit" button to make changes to the sub-account's "mail," "password," and "contact information" information.
To Freeze & Unfreeze:
1.Go to the "Management Sub-account" page to freeze or Unfreeze the account with a sub-account.
2.Click on "Freeze" or "Unfreeze".
Please Note:
When you freeze a sub-account, the corresponding sub-accounts will be unable to log in to shops.
During this period, the sub-account shops, instead of the sub-account, will only be able to receive buying inquiries. You can shop the normal landing once the sub-account is unfrozen.

1.Click on "Account Management" and "Management sub-account".
2.Use the "Edit" button to select the corresponding sub-accounts and view the members name.

China Suppliers member accounts are divided into four types. The main account privileges are divided as follows:
• Producer: Create, buy, and manage products.
• Management Window Clerk: create and manage assigned products, release and manage supply information, receive and reply to inquiries about products and supplies.
• Customer service manager: create and manage products and supplies, supply the clerk with information, manage inquiries from customers.
• Inquiry clerk administrator: in addition to the above functions, the inquiry clerk administrator can also manage information, customer inquiry, sub-accounts (including modification, freeze, and Unfreeze), and serves as a Company Contact.

The member name in an account is unique and cannot be changed once completed.

Only the administrator can manage privileges and showcase products.

Administrators can view all the sub-account products released in the administrator's shops. To view, please click the "distribution of management information" under the "allocated" page.


This problem may be due to a conflict between the mailbox and another member's registered e-mail account.
To cancel a sub-account email membership, please contact your provider call center in China (010-51262552).

1. When you freeze a sub-account, the corresponding sub-accounts will be unable to log in to shops.
2.During this period, the sub-account shops, instead of the sub-account, will only be able to receive buying inquiries.
You can shop the normal landing once the sub-account is unfrozen.
3.In order to avoid the inquiry is not replying immediately, we suggest unfreeze the sub-account.

In shops backstage, administrators need set feedback copy below the manage account.Then administrators can check the all the sub-accounts' messages in information center.

By setting the "feedback copy" option, when you customers send massages feedbacks to your sub-account(business manager/salesman), you can obtain same feedback information in your inquiry list. The methods are as follows:
1. Click "Set Feedback Copy" button links below "Manage Account" then tick the box, and click "submit".


Please note:
Administrators can set sending all the sub-account' messages to him.

By default, in company website's "contacts" page will show administrators'contact information.


Note:
This page is defaulted administrators'contact informationAll the members can modify name, mailbox, job, telephone and address in "Account Contact Information".
1.If the administrator is not in company, you can transform him to other administrator in the sub-account.Then buyers can call the administrator getting the timely response. Administrator can set the company contact in manage account. Select the new contact then you can click on "submit".


How to modify account's contact information?
All the members can modify name, mailbox, job, telephone and address in "Account Contact Information".


The password is the most important part of your account information security, don't reveal it to anyone.
If you need to modify the password, please do it as follow:
Click "Modify Password" button links below the "Account Settings"
Input the original password and existing password.
