CCECS, short for China Credible Enterprise Certifying System, is an authoritative credibility certifying service promoted by the Internet Credit Office under China Internet Network Information Centre, together with Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and other related authorities. The Internet Credit Office under China Internet Network Information Centre has integrated universally state-of-the-art enterprise credibility assessing technology and Internet management and promotion technology, bringing convenience for China enterprises to do credible and reliable online business.

2. Authorized exclusively by CHINA.CN
CHINA.CN, the only government-certified B2B website in China, has the sole right to authorize the title of "China Credible Enterprises" to its qualified members, namely enterprises that meet the following rigid conditions:
- Observing discipline and obeying the law, honest and credible;
- Complying with contracts, and having a high contract abiding rate of 100 percent (excluding those due to force majeure);
- Abiding by state quality laws and disciplines and related policies, and organizing production according to state standards without encountering vital issues concerning product quality within the last two years;
- No law-breaking or criminal records of the corporate representative within the last two years;
- No accusation due to disputes over obligation and the losing of the said lawsuits within the last two years;
- No major accidents in production this year.

For the rigid conditions that China Credible Enterprises has to meet when applying for the CCECS, those accredited as China Credible Enterprises are trustworthy.

3. The Relationship between CCECS and China Top & China Trust All enterprises dubbed with either China Top or China Trust has already passed the CCECS.

China Top means China top suppliers. The certification of enterprise's identity is a process where the professional certification organization verifies "the legality and truthfulness of enterprise", and check "whether the applicant is authorized" twice. The certification service of China Suppliers is provided by Credit Organ of CIIC and Beijing International Business Credit Evaluation Company.

China Trust is the certification of enterprise's identity.
It is a process where the professional certification organization verifies "the legality and truthfulness of enterprise", and check "whether the applicant is authorized" twice.

China Internet Illegal Information Reporting Centre

Founded on June 10, 2004, China Internet Illegal Information Reporting Centre (CIIRC) is sponsored by the Internet Information Service Commission of the Internet Society of China, a non-governmental organization registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. CIIRC is supported by the Ministry of Information Industry, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China
