Technical question about 2200W brushless DC motor (MBL-123IM-300HA)

Hello, i am own a 2200W brushless DC motor (MBL-123IM-300HA). I have got it as used part here in Germany.
Now i am looking for a motor driver which seems to be very hard to get. A local supplier recomment me a FU POWTRAN I9100. But he was not able to get this device until mid summer.
So amazingly i could order the FU directly from the vendor in china.
Now i am fighting to get both devices together. As described in the manual the FU device can work with brusshles Permanent Magnetic synchron motors. I already contacted a technical person from Powtran and sent him some pictures of the motor. He said the MBL-123IM-300HA is DC motor and the FU I9100 will not work with such motors. 
In germany, i have got infomations from different FU suppliers that the Term DC of the motor is a bit unclear. They said to me, this i just a 220v 3 phase brushless permanent magnetic synchron motor and schould work with such a FU like mine. Good FU's can drive the motor without this Hall sensor and cheeper FU's needs the hall sensor for proper work.

Could you please get me some informations which is right and which is wrong that i get this motor running.
