Inquiry About GJ1123 cable gear shift for mining machine

Please advise the following:
1. what is the length of the two levers?
2. is the 40mm travel total travel e.g 40mm forward of centre or in both directions 40mm forward and 40mm rear?
3. the two bolt on levers location as shown on picture, can the levers be mounted in a different location on central shaft to enable cable exit horizontally with levers in a vertical position? 
4. when you have a two cable/lever GJ1123 can can it be put together so as the cables exit in opposite directions - one forward and one reverse direction? note one cable unit rotated around when assembled causing one cable to exit on to while the other cable exits on bottom when put together?
