Hello Mr Chen,
We recently received our shipment of element assemblies - which were basically wire wound elements, ceramic inner tubes , ceramic outer tubes and ceramic end caps to fit over the outer tubes. 
Unfortunately there is a problem.
The outer ceramic tubes were supposed to be 20.5x16mm.  But, on trying to assemble the elements, we found that 90% of the end caps would not fit over the tubes. 
On closer examination, we found that the outer tubes are between 21.11 and 21.4mm in diameter.
But the end caps are only 21mm internal diameter. 
We are now in big trouble, because we cannot use the element assemblies. Please help us.
The easiest way to solve the problem in this case is probably to make a new batch of end caps
- probably with an internal diameter in the range of 21.6mm-21.9mm inimum.  
Please advise ASAP how soon you can help.
