we need a Twin Screw Wet Extruder to produce „Chicken“ Nuggets from Soja Protein. Therefore we are looking for a machine with a capacity of minimum 30 Kilos. The size of the string is not really important as we anyway granulate the fiber structure string. But please let us know, which size/sizes are possible, so that we can use it for a another product too.

As far we have learned the machine needs to have a cooling part at the end. Please send us your price quotation. Machine must have CE approval and of course food stuff prove. 

If the price is O.K. (we look for a cheap solution) we would like to send you the powder mixture and maybe it is possible, that you make a test run on the machine and show us a video how it works and maybe you can send us back (on our costs of course) the result. If it works the way we need it, we would like to pay advance payment and once the machine is ready for shipping, we would like to send our technician to get training from your experts and check the machine, then will make the transfer of the outstanding amount, so that you can ship the machine.
