For our Executive Search, below are our service advantages;

    Our fees are success based and it applies the principle of "No placement-No payment"
    Our rates are cost effective than what the Industry dictates. Take note also that we only bill the basic income.
    Our guarantee period is up to 6 months to cover the standard probationary period wherein the Industry practice only dictates 3 months
    Our services are non- exclusive as we are much open to competition with other providers/sources. Our database is wide and we also buy resumes.
    Our Executive Search service is bundled with a Background Investigation for every considered candidate and it is FREE OF CHARGE.
    The BI is being conducted by another third party provider to ensure that there will be no bias
