We usually provide cooling solutions for different markets such as Railway, Wind Turbines, Power Generation, Oil & Gas. We’re currently working on a very interesting project, and we’re looking for crossflow Air-to-air Aluminium Heat Exchangers. Generally speaking, do you manufacture internally this product range or is it outsourced? I’d like to share with you the main constraints and characteristics of this application: 1. Each cooler is composed by 9 blocks 2. The dimensions of each block shall be approx. 1’000mm x 1’000mm x 1’200mm 3. The cooler shall withstand a C5-M H corrosive environment; please check the most proper coating to be applied on the plate itself 4. The expected lifetime shall approach 25 years 5. The maximum air temperature is 60°C (hot side) 6. The cooler is partially exposed to UV rays 7. The max. differential pressure in between the two air circuits is 2’500 Pa. Indeed, the heat exchanger must not be affected by any permanent/plastic deformation. The expected cooling capacity and precise design points will follow accordingly.
