I am looking for a machine that can polish or buffing both sides of strip steel. I plan to put this machine before winding it on the recoiler in the heat treatment line. Our heat treatment line works in two lines, and the product specifications are as follows. 1. product - width: 50 – 180mm ( 2 lines ) - thickness: 0.5 - 2.0mm - hardness: around HRc 40 -50 - material : high carbon steel like 50c, 75c, 85c .... 2. coil to coil hardening line - line speed: around Max 3.0m/min In the case of our product, after the gray furnace color (non-oxidizing condition) is produced in the tempering process in the heat treatment process, it is directly put into your machine, processed on both sides, and then wound on the recoiler. i would like to send rough drawing for machine after i get your mail.
