I received the shipment today. All 9 Allen Bradley Part number 1749-ASB are used and refurbished, not brand new . See attached pictures. I mentioned to you many times that we cannot accept used or refurbished parts. See attached pictures. You can see the screws on the connectors have signs of use on them. Also you can tell by the different shades of grey that the item is old and has been refurbished. Also the original Allen Bradly item does not come with a black connector but rather with grey connectors. The cover for the back connector is missing as well. I got cheaper prices from Alibaba but I purchased from you because you assured me that it is going to be brand new. Please send me an RMA number so that we can return those nine (09) units for you to exchange them with Factory brand new ones.
