Item: QTY: 30000 EA,Woven Polypropylene Pouch Color: Black Fabric: 120gsm scrim + 25gsm fabric coating Size: 44” wide X 57” long Weight: 490 grams (1.2 lbs. each) Special Characteristics: 4 each, ½ inch holes, on-center (no grommet) 2 sides, all holes 10.0” from the top of pouch, 2 outer holes near edge should be 1 ½” from the both edges, 2 interior holes should be 21.0” from both edges. 1. Bags are to be water resistant inside. 2. UV coated on the outside. 3. Heat Cut Top, not stitching. 4. Folded bottom with double hem stitch. 5. No side seams. 6. Print: One color white, printed on both sides, large block letters to read: Line 1 – U.S.A. (3 ¼“ tall by 2 ½” wide); Line 2 – DEPT OF STATE (3 ¼“ tall by 2 ½” wide); Line 3 – DIPLOMATIC POUCH (2 ½“ tall by 2” wide); Line 4 – White Bar (4” tall by 20” wide). 7.
