Dear Sir, I am a member of Geotech Consultants from south Korea. We have purchased your product of 'JTL-40FW Wireless Fiber Optic Gyro Inclinometer'. We found that the equipment cannot save the data frequently. For example, yesterday we have collected the data during 5 hours (about 100 samples). After finishing the measuring, we tried to transfer the data from the probe to PC using the menu of 'Data Trans. - Data Receive'. But, the dip and azimuth of the data file are all zero!!! <-- We think this is the evidence that the equipment cannot save the data. (Of course, sometimes the probe can collect the data successfully.) We do not know the reason why the probe cannot save the exact data frequently. This error occurs frequently, so we have spent much time to collect the data. Please let me know the method to cure the problem. We are now at the site and we should collect the dip and azimuth of 12 boreholes. Thus, I ask your quick reply. Regards, Won-Seok Han
