Android Screen requirement

We found your solutions searching on the web. My name is Mario Da Silva, I work for Romarin Internacional (gruporomarin.com) an enterprise located in 12 countries in Latin America. We currently offer a display management software for cell phone stores, is a mobile application installed inside the device. We have a customer in Guatemala that display some basic mobile phones inside their stores that does not support the application. We need to offer a kind of small android screen for creating a mini display for those devices. We are talking of 200 units still no have defined the specs but i think it could be a kind of a basic Android cell phone with the following specifications:

Processor: Quad Core 1.2 GHz
Operating System: AndroidTM 6.0 Marshmallow
Wifi 802.11ac frequency 5GHz and 2.4GHz (WiFi doble band)Memory: 4GB RAM 
1GB Internal Memory
Power supply operated (back connector)

No Battery
No Camera
No microphone
No speaker
No bluetooth
