I'm very interested in the distillery equipment

Dear Sir/Madam,

My client in the USA has recently purchased some of your excellent equipment.  I have been given the task of installing it.

4 Pieces of equipment require steam. 1)a 100 gallon pot still 2) 100 gallon mash/lauter tun 3) 6m2 plate heat exchanger 4) 100 gallon column still.

I need to know the minimum steam pressure required for each piece of equipment and approximate quantity of steam for each piece of equipment so I can purchase the required boiler.

I would prefer the units of pressure be in psi(pounds per square inch) and quantity in pounds per hour of steam but as long as you put the units of measure next to the number I can convert it from metric to English.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
