4. Quantity:  2 split shipments of 20000 MT and 30000 MT Total 50,000 Tons There after 50000 MT x 12-month contract 
5. Packing: Bulk
6. CIF Port: Rizhao Port, 
7. Inspection: Quality & Quantity Inspection on Seller's cost at loading port
    At discharging port SGS/CIQ on Buyer's cost.
8. Payment Terms: BG ,OR  DLC MT 720 as Collaterals, each shipment Swift via MT103/TT after the cargo SGS/CIQ Report at Discharge Port.
9. Performance Bond: 2% of DLC value
10. Form of trade: CIF
11 Target Price $ 130/ $ 140
12 Buyer pays buyer side commission /seller pays seller side commission  
Note: This is a Genuine Request and the buyer has already opened L/C and I will be happy to share once I have your Refinery Offer and NCNDA / IMFPA SIGN SEAL 
(Note: The L/C is divided into the seller can ship 50000MT at a time, but the contract and shipping documents must be separated because that’s the only way bank can transfer letter of credit)
