We are interested in a short cycle press line to laminate Particleboard and MDF boards, the size of the boards are 1,220 X 2,440 mm., wen need that you supply the heating boiler to heat the plates, and all the electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic devises, to operate and control the line, we need the feeding system and the unload system, the feeding system will be manual for lay up the melamine papers and the board, automatic feeding to the press, the unload from the press will be automatic and manual to take out the laminated boards.

We need the turn key project, it means you need to start up and demonstrate the capacity, we supply the operators, but you with your technician(s), training the operators and demonstrate the capacity of the line.

You need to supply the first set of the cushions and the first set of texture press plates, with hard chrome on the surface.

Te press needs to press from 4.5 mm. to 30.0 mm. all in 4' X 8'

The voltage is 440/220 Volts and 60 Hertz

The price will be quoted CIF Manzanillo Mexican Sea Port.

Please quote the time of the technician (s), to built, start up and demonstration of the capacity of the line.

Please suggest a spare part list for the maintenance of the line.
