Dear Mr. Edmond / Holly Sum,

Our General Manager Mr. Shantanu Acharya has been trying to get in touch with your esteemed Company in connection with Silicon Rubber Extrusion Line, which was purchased from you. We are surprised to note that you have not been responding to the same. Kindly confirm if you have received his mails. 

We have your Silicon Rubber Extrusion Line. The working of the line is Left to right. We need your advice whether is it possible to run the Machine from Right to left. If so what is to be done. 

Also let us know, whether present cross head can be used or new one is required. What would be the cost  for new cross head. Kindly advice.
