My client has a need to purchase a hot dip galvanizing bath in accordance with the terms of reference. 1. Steel bath for hot dip galvanizing. Scope: The bath is designed to be filled with zinc melt for the production of hot-dip galvanizing of metal products. The zinc melt is heated by gas burners, the temperature of the zinc melt is 450 oC (+/- 5 oC) Need - 1 piece Bath material: Steel with the following content of elements: C - max. 0.08%; Mn - max 0.5%; P - max 0.02%; S - max 0.08%; Si - max 0.001%; the rest is Fe. The chemical composition must be confirmed by the manufacturer's quality certificate. Welds must be made by electroslag welding, ultrasonically tested and confirmed by a technical report. Necesitamos dos maquinas con cabezales para cortar 2 tubos de aluminio a la vez (Máquina de corte y enderezamiento de tubos de cobre tipo Servo para aplicación HVAC) Los tubos que utilizamos son de Ø8 x 0,4 mm o Ø7 x 0,4 mm de aluminio 3100. Quiseramos saber: Longitud mínima y máxima del tubo a cortar. Cortes por minuto para tubos de 150mm de largo. Cortes por minuto para tubos de 720mm de largo. Calidad del corte (no tienen que tener rebabas internas o externas) Listado de repuestos a considerar por ser los de mayor cambiuo o desgaste.
