We wish to purchase 20,000 to 30,000 tons of petroleum coke monthly at CIF Constanta Romania and Varna Bulgaria, as well as in any volumes at SPT Kavkaz Port Russia. Preferable country of origin: not Russian Federation, not the Republic of Belarus. Qualitative characteristics: Hard grove Grindability Index (HGI) - min/max 50/80 Total Moisture (as received)- maximum 12% Ash (dry basis) - maximum 1.0% Sulphur (dry basis) max 5.00 % Volatile Matter (dry basis) min/max 8/16 % Net Calorific Value as received- min 7500 kcal/kg Payment terms: LC or DLC 95% upon loading, 5% upon discharge with 2% PB.
