Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

we are looking for a suitable manufacturer / supplier with whom we would like to
with whom we would like to cooperate on a long-term basis in the future. 

You should have a very high quality awareness, which is reflected in the products. 
Durability, accuracy of fit, colour fidelity as well as wearing comfort are some of the points that are
which are decisive for us and to which we attach the highest importance.

We intend to order approx. 10,000 to 15,000 polo shirts per year but not all at once but gradually.

Polo material
For our polo shirts we need a blended fabric that must meet the following criteria:
- Smooth surface if possible, e.g. very fine piqué or Romanit Jersey / Interlock Jersey.
- Properties: environmentally friendly, anti-shrink or pre-shrink treated, anti-pilling, breathable. 
Composition:
- Long staple combed cotton approx. 90% (preferably Pima cotton).
- alternatively polo's with 90% bamboo viscose or Tencel
- Spandex or Lycra approx. 5% 
- Polyester approx. 5%  
- Textile grammage/weight - approx. 250g depending on colour
- as well as a special collar material, unfortunately we have no material description
unfortunately we do not have a material description, but we would send you a product      example by mail.

Colouring of the polo shirts
- single coloured
- 18 different colours (in the attachment picture 1 the requested Pantone colours and numbers)

Polo feature
- High-quality button placket 
- Buttons tone-on-tone, plus logo button (picture 9) Logo raised
- Men's polo with 3 buttons, ladies' polo with 4 buttons
- Reinforced double seam in shoulder area
- open arm ends, side slits and hem with double seams
- on the left side of the chest: embroidered logo approx. 40mm wide * 40mm high (picture 2)
- right sleeve bottom:  embroidered icon approx. 40mm wide * 40mm high (picture 2)
- side seam bottom, inside, wash label 
- sewn-in label in the neck area (see picture 3) with different colouring of the size indication, men's 
  light blue, ladies pink, children orange
- collar reinforcement (see picture 4)

If the logo button and labels are a problem for your company 
we can gladly supply these from an external manufacturer. 

- Printed motif on the back
o high quality printed back motif using the DTG digital direct printing process
o for a bright colour result - 2x white as underprint
o 18 different motifs, (see picture 5,6)
o the motif size must be matched to the clothing size 

Polo sizes and cuts
- 7 sizes see table (see picture 7)
- 3 cuts for men, women and children (see picture 8)

Extras 
The polos should be packed individually in a polybag. (preferably made of rPET)

Before we make a final decision, we need corresponding fabric, cut and colour samples from you, 
as well as corresponding test prints/embroidery designs on the various blended fabrics.

Order
As a trial run, we would initially order 500 polos. 
A combination of different colours, print designs for men and women. 
This includes 54 polo shirts without back print, which we need for catalogue production.
- 18 men's polo shirts size M in all colours
- 18 ladies' polo shirts size M in all colours
- 18 children's polo shirts size 152/XXL in all colours 

Please submit a quotation for these high quality polo shirts.
The price of the offer should be divided into with back print or without back print for the respective 
for the respective mixed fabric. Please take into account that we aim for a long-term partnership if the
quality standards and delivery times are met. 

The cut, the colours as well as the material composition will not change. For the future we plan to expand the product range with Slipover, hoodies, golf club scarves etc.
Please indicate separately in your offer the transport costs to Germany for different quantities, e.g. 500, 1000, 5000.
