I'm very interested in the message 'Flame Retardant Satin' on the China Supplier

Dear sirs, 

I saw in your web that you have a big quantity of fire retardant fabrics I need samples and technical material sheets with certifications
This tender is for the government oil company. This tender is every year.
I will pay the samples and the documents, I need very urgent by dhl or fedex 

I need  6  meters of  ASTM D 6413 and NFPA2112 certificate 100% cotton 8oz flame retardant canvas fabric for protective appral in royal blue and white, 3  meters of each one. This fabric is for shirts and blouses
I alson need 6 meters of  NFPA2112 and ASTM D 6413 certificate Navy blue 9oz fire proof and anti-static C/N fabric clothing

I need 6 meters of  EN11612 410gsm 100%cotton flame retardant fabric in denim fabric also for pants 

All the fabric must be in 100% cotton 

Do you have copies of the certification? Do you have ul certification? Is mandatory to present these documents with the samples. 

If I win the tender the quantity I will need is

14000 meters in royal blue
2300 meters in white 
18500 meters in denim 
6000 meters in navy blue.

How many time do you need to produce these fabrics after you receive the first payment.
