Kindly advice me the following solutions with pricing.
1. One of our Client is looking for a solution to track their Assets (Steel Boxes / Wooden Boxes) - start from their location to travel multi location and return back to their location after 2 to 3 months contract period.
2. All boxes (Pallet type) are owned by my Client and they need to track at any given point of time where; @their location, @in-transit, @customer location.
3. It is look like Vehicle Tracking device in the form of Beacon (Small type) where the Battery life must be 2/3 years and directly communicate to GPS, without any Intermediate devices 
4. Client will monitor all their assets in their office place across the nation (Like Rental Car booking by Mobile App - to see the cars available in the Map)
Please suggest me the good solutions and pricing details also. The requirement will be around 10000 units and need to proof the tracking solution with original sample.
