Inquiry / quotation regarding Steel products for our Mongolia project.

Greetings 
This is to bring in your notice that  M/s P.K.Saxena Contractors a Government approved  “A” Class Contractor in India, is executing Construction of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Center for Excellence in Information Technology , Communication and Outsourcing, an Eight storey Steel Structure building in Ulaanbaatar , Mongolia which is awarded by the Ministry  of  Education, Culture , Science and Sports (MECSS), Mongolia.
For the execution of this job, there is the requirement of around 15000 Ton (Tentative) high strength structural steel plates of Yield Strength of FE- 500.
You are requested to send your quotation for:

1.	The basic rate of Steel per ton or as per your criteria.
2.	What will be the logistic charges for supplying the steel up to the site in Mongolia?  
3.	Please also provide your rates for the complete fabricated steel to be fabricated as per the drawings provided by us and to be transported to the site.

We would be highly obliged if you kindly provide us the quotation ASAP so that we can review the same and take further action for placement of order to your organization for steel supply with or without fabrication as the case may be.
